1. Register Your Team

2. Add Team Members

Once a team is registered the team captain has until [TBD] to add the remaining team members to the online roster.

LOG IN using the pin you received when registering your team. Don't worry if you misplaced your pin, just let us know and we will get you a new one.

3. Start looking for volunteers

All teams must provide three volunteers for the event (van drivers do not count as volunteers) or pay $80 per volunteer. Long distance running relays require many volunteers to make the event possible. When you pay the volunteer fee that money is being 100% donated to local non profit organizations who bring volunteers to support runners. Your volunteer fee is tax deductible and when you make the donation you will be given a tax id number for tax purposes. If you sign up to provide volunteers instead of paying the volunteer fee at registration and your volunteers do not show your team is disqualified. Due to the distance covered during this event, volunteers are critical to the safety of runners.
