RUN TO THE BIOSPHERE-HANDBOOK

Some of the highlights:

1. Safety gear for night time running is required and must be shown at event check in

2. Submitted running order must be maintained for competitive teams-rules will be in handbook on how to handle changes to the running order if they become necessary

3. Night time quiet zones must be respected

4. No disrespecting private or public lands

5. Any citation from law enforcement is an automatic disqualification

6. All exchanges must occur within the designated areas

7. Runners must have race numbers visible at all times while running

8. Teams must provide or pay for 3 volunteers for this course.  Drivers are not included in a team's volunteer requirement.
